The room was very clean and well-appointed. It proved to be the most comfortable in our Austria excursion. The staff was friendly and helpful making the check-in process easy. If staying in a clean and well functioning room is what is sought than this is a very good bet. Nearby to the hotel there is a large Billa grocery store that may cover snack needs or even complete meals.

The hotel was 15 minutes away from the city centre where most of the attractions are located. There is a bus stop 5mins away (by walk) from the hotel. Buses run every 15mins. If you arrive by car, the hotel is conveniently located on an exit to the highway. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and as shown in the pictures. There is free parking in front of the hotel (it’s not on the street). There is a supermarket 2mins away where you can help yourself with a warm coffee, fresh croissants, bottled water, and anything else that you may need (note that most shops, including supermarkets, are closed on Sunday; there is just one ‘Spar’ supermarket inside the main train station that’s open even on Sunday and is 15mins bus/car ride from the hotel). You can also order from near-by restaurants through online food delivery apps. Overall, a pleasant experience at a reasonable price.

Although not downtown it has a fairly easy access by local train and also has free car park Short drive to the airport and to the highway for the rest of the country. Spacious room with very comfortable bed and very clean room Staff is very accommodating Very good continental breakfast Great selection of teas Big Supermarket next door for supplies

The staff were lovely and we enjoyed the breakfast, which had nice bread and a good, small selection. The room was comfortable and clean, the wifi was good, and the room was quiet. There is a bus stop that takes you to the centre right outside the hotel. Decent value as it doesn't take too long to get to the centre. We could see the mountains out the side of our window.

Nice and helpful staff, we request for twin beds and the staff (middle aged male,sorry for not remember his name) try his best to help us. Big room. Good price. Thai restaurant near the hotel is good with big amount of food you may share if you’re thai or aseans. And supermarket just right next to the hotel. Plenty of parking but some are restricted due to other shop and may be full because of the buffet restaurant. anyway we can find a parking space at the back of the hotel on Friday’s evening.

Very good facilities in terms of the rate. Nice comfy bed, clean toilet, spacious room equipped with a temperature controller. There was arrangement to make a cup of tea or coffee. Very calm environment. A bit away from city centre but buses are available frequently. Busstop is just outside of the hotel. There was breakfast option but we didn't try.

Exceptional place with a great view of the mountains :) I loved everything about our stay, the staff were cordial and interactive and the parking place was very convenient. As it is nearby the Highway, it is much more convenient for travelers with own vehicle. No parking fees which is a delight, unlikely in City center which charge 16 Euros per day like the hotels near Central Station :) Public transport like Bus connectivity is also right across the hotel and beside depending upon the direction of travel. If I visit Salzburg in future, this is where I stay henceforth. Thank you :)

The staff at the hotel is great, very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable, the bed is large (double bed), all amenities you need are included in the room. Breakfast is excellent, a variety of food and drinks, and friendly staff in the breakfast area. The location is good, the bus station is across the hotel, with direct access to the City center. Free parking in front of the hotel, if you are arriving by car. A couple of restaurants around the hotel is also a plus.

Room was very clean. Esp the toilet. Air con is good. Bed is soft. Location is convenient and bus stop is right outside the hotel. Will need abt 15-20 mins to city centre. Breakfast spread is superb and delicious with the staff serving breakfast pleasant and friendly.
